Dr Seng is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in Sports Reconstruction Surgery and Orthopaedic Trauma, which includes ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) surgery and related treatments. Graduating from the National University of Singapore in 2005 with an MBBS and later obtaining a Master of Medicine (Orthopaedic Surgery), Dr Seng has dedicated himself to advancing his expertise. His pursuit of excellence led him to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK (Orthopaedic Surgery).

During his tenure as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Singapore General Hospital (SGH), Dr Seng was recognised for his dedication and commitment to patient care, earning the SingHealth Service With A Heart Award.

Dr Seng has been a notable presence in the orthopaedic community, sharing his insights and expertise at numerous local, regional, and international orthopaedic conferences. He has made significant contributions to the field by presenting at the esteemed American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) Annual Scientific Meeting.

In addition to his impactful conference presentations, Dr Seng's knowledge and research have been acknowledged through multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. He has received accolades such as being shortlisted for the Young Investigator Award at the SGH scientific conference in 2011 and securing the 2012 Japan Orthopaedic Association Travelling Award.

Currently serving as a Visiting Consultant at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, SGH, Dr Seng continues to impart his expertise and provide high-quality care, particularly excelling in the surgical and non-surgical management of ACL injuries.
